Minor Releases
All sounds and compositions are royalty free to use for personal & commercial use. Please read “Major Releases” if the project is intended for distribution or release through a Major Label or a Large Indie Label.
Major Releases
For recordings intended for distribution or release through a Major Label, Large Indie Label, or any Minor Release that surpasses the one million streaming threshold on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube (each, a “Major Release”), the following conditions apply:
(a) Sample Clearance: You must contact us promptly to seek clearance for the use of the sample in your release.
(b) Negotiable Revenue Split: Revenue generated from publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points, advance fees, and sync licenses related to the provided samples and compositions will be subject to a negotiable revenue split. The standard split is an even 50/50 between Gerion and the beat maker (sampler). This split may be adjusted upon mutual consent and agreement of both parties. Any changes to the standard split must be documented in writing and mutually acknowledged to be valid.
Please be aware that re-selling, redistributing or sharing these sounds is highly prohibited.
