Paid packs: one-shots are royalty free, unconditionally - no streaming or label threshold applies. Loops and compositions are royalty free up to a Minor Release; past that, see below.

Past 1,000,000 streams, or any major-label release, contact me.

Applies to loops and compositions from paid packs, not one-shots. One million streams on Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube makes it a Major Release. So does distribution through a Major or Large Indie Label. At that point the loop or composition must be cleared, and the standard revenue split is 50/50 - negotiable, in writing, by mutual agreement.

Every pack is a digital good delivered by instant download - no refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Free loops and compositions carry a 50/50 split from the first release: 50% of your net income from streams and downloads, and 50% of the publishing, registered to Gerion (GEMA, IPI 1089092923). Past 25,000 streams, or any label release, clear it with me first.

Minor Releases

This section applies to paid packs. Free-pack material follows “Free Pack” below.

One-shots are royalty free to use for personal & commercial use, unconditionally. No streaming or label threshold applies to them.

Loops and compositions are royalty free to use for personal & commercial use up to a Minor Release. Please read “Major Releases” if the project is intended for distribution or release through a Major Label or a Large Indie Label.

Major Releases

This section applies to loops and compositions from paid packs only. One-shots are exempt.

For recordings intended for distribution or release through a Major Label, Large Indie Label, or any Minor Release that surpasses the one million streaming threshold on Apple Music, Spotify, or YouTube (each, a “Major Release”), the following conditions apply:

(a) Sample Clearance: You must contact us promptly to seek clearance for the use of the loop or composition in your release.

(b) Negotiable Revenue Split: Revenue generated from publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points, advance fees, and sync licenses related to the provided samples and compositions will be subject to a negotiable revenue split. The standard split is an even 50/50 between Gerion and the beat maker (sampler). This split may be adjusted upon mutual consent and agreement of both parties. Any changes to the standard split must be documented in writing and mutually acknowledged to be valid.

(c) Registration: When registering the release with a PRO, you must include Gerion (GEMA, IPI 1089092923) so his share is credited and paid correctly.

Free Pack

Loops and compositions from the free pack are free to use under the following conditions, which apply from the first release.

(a) Credit: You credit “Gerion” on all releases, metadata, artwork, and promotional materials. The credit may not be removed.

(b) Publishing: The publishing is split 50/50 between Gerion and you, covering both the writer’s share and the publisher’s share. When registering with a PRO, you must include Gerion’s name, GEMA affiliation, and IPI number (1089092923).

(c) Master Royalties (50/50): All net revenue from the release on DSPs and digital retailers (streaming, downloads, and monetized video), meaning what your distributor pays out to you, is split equally: 50% to Gerion, 50% to you. You collect the distributor payouts, remit Gerion’s 50% share quarterly, and provide a statement showing the revenue and the calculation. You may not route revenue through another account to reduce, delay, or conceal Gerion’s share.

(d) Usage Limit: Each release may reach up to 25,000 monetized streams across all platforms combined. Before exceeding that, or before any release through a label, you must clear the loop or composition with Gerion in writing. Clearance may require an advance.

(e) Registration: You may not register the free-pack loops or compositions, or a release built on them, with any Content ID system, PRO, distributor, or rights-management platform under your own name alone.

Prohibited Uses

These apply to all packs, paid and free.

(a) Redistribution: Re-selling, redistributing, or sharing the sounds, in the form delivered or in a substantially similar form, is prohibited.

(b) AI Training: Using the sounds or compositions to train or develop any AI model, machine learning system, dataset, or generative audio or video system is prohibited.

Refunds

All packs are digital goods delivered by instant download. Once an order is placed, the sale is final - no refunds, returns or exchanges. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

Effective Date

These terms apply to all downloads from 13 September 2026. Downloads made before that date remain under the terms in force at the time of download.
